Judy Johnston

Judy was always available. She did meet our daughter to look at a house more than once as we lived out of town. My wife flew into town on short notice to look at a property and Judy spent just about all day with her and our son-in-law. She even arranged for another realtor friend of hers to show us a property on a day when she was attending a family funeral. Very responsive answering our text messages and phone calls. Knowledge about all the areas we were interested in. Also kept us on track making sure we were ready for our closing.

Judy and I communicated both via text and phone call. She picked up every call and texted back quickly. She was really on top of every neighborhood we looked in, with comps and information about the community. I really enjoyed spending time with her during the inspection. She worked with the title company and made the closing more easy than I ever expected it to be.

Judy was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our home buying/selling process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions. Her attention to detail made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We truly appreciated her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated realtor.

Judy was available day in and day out. She kept me informed and was supportive of any needs or emotions. She helped me stand my ground when my buyer was making unnecessary requests and delays.

Judy was the light at the end of a dark tunnel. This was our 2nd buy with Judy as our agent and we appreciate how hard she fought for us to secure our new home.

Judy is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate and knowing the market. She kept in touch with everything that was happening during the sale of my home. I would definitely recommend Judy to anyone.

Judy has a very good way of communicating and advising which I found to be extremely helpful. Not having been in the market to purchase for years she did a great job of educating me and pointing out things to look for. Once we found our dream home she was engaged with us from the negotiations until closing. She updated us and offered advice as we went. I would highly recommend Judy for your real estate needs. She always came prepared and certainly was looking out for our best interests.

Judy is extremely knowledgeable about the entire picture of the real estate process and all of its nuances. She is as honest ethical, and professional as they come. She truly represented us in our own individual situation, her advice being in our best interest. She put an immense amount of work and preparation into all that she did, above and beyond. She was on top of things to keep transactions moving along exactly where they should be. She is very personable, helpful and went out of her way to be accommodating Our personalities clicked, and I hope to remain friends with Judy outside of real estate.

In both my original house sale and the purchase of this new one, Judy was always there for questions and ideas. She gave good advice and asked good questions of me in regard to what I should look at and specifics of what I was looking for. She gave me many things to think about based on her knowledge base and has current info on what to pay attention to when looking at potential properties. I don,t plan to need to buy a home again in the future, But she will be the first and only person I would look to or recommend.

Judy was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She was quick to respond to our messages and answered all of our questions efficiently. She made the process so easy and stress free, we highly recommend her!
